In person and online integrative counselling is available to support you with a wide range of problems. We will work together to build a warm, safe and confidential space for you to address your present concerns.

Walking therapy, or a combination with room or online based counselling, is available as this can feel less confrontational for some alongside the many benefits that being outside and moving bring.

I am a registered member of BACP and I follow their procedures regarding supervision, professional development and an ethical frame work to ensure safety and welfare are embedded in my practise. I utilise different modalities including Transaction Analysis, Person Centre, psychoeducation and CBT if appropriate. Different approaches work for different people and it is important we find what best suits you.

Through private practice and working in charitable organisations I have experience of working with a wide range of presentations, including and not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, family separation, grief, loss, bullying, refugee status, the impact of the menstrual cycle on mental health, agoraphobia, work stress, self-harm and low self-esteem, including that stemming from the impact of social media and online platforms.

Lifestyle Medicine support is available in counselling sessions so you can be supported to have a better sense of overall wellbeing. Please see the Health Coaching page for more details.

Sessions are weekly at a mutually agreed time for 50 minutes. The first session will be an assessment one so we can both gauge whether this is the right style of therapy for you.
